Happy Saturday to you! I hope your week is overflowing with bookish delights.

Thank you to MLC Tours and the author for sending me a free copy in exchange of an honest review.

This book was received from the Author, and Publisher, in exchange for an honest review. Opinions and thoughts expressed in this review are completely my own.

Elodie is not your ordinary twelve year old year old, she is caught between two dimensional worlds.

In one world she is the Princess of the magical kingdom of Aluna. The other is world Elodie finds herself trapped by a spell of illusion from an evil sorcerer. This world mirrors that of earth, were Elodie faces some difficult moments and thought provoking struggles. For one thing she is adoptive and doesn’t quit feel excepted, the other is her being tormented by a kid at school named Jackson and his little entourage of bullies. Elodie often finds herself shifting back and forth between worlds.

You will feel yourself immersed within the book pages as tale follows Elodie and her adventures. Heather Michelle has created an engaging and courageous heroine, along with wizards, magical kingdoms, villains.

This is brilliant Ya fantasy that tackles some real life issues weaved into a whimsical spellbinding book. The Innovative world building and incisive character development make this compulsively readable.

This delightful book grabbed my attention from start to finish and I enjoyed the perfect pacing that allowed for the perfect experience.

I can’t wait for the next installment

About Heather Michelle:

Heather Michelle is an emerging author of young adult fantasy. She lives in Acworth, GA with her cat Mister Bingley and a slew of unique roommates.

Growing up, Heather Michelle spent more time living in her imagination than outside of it. Small town life sandwiched between the redwood forests and the Pacific ocean provided a rich scope for the imagination. Before the age of twelve, Heather Michelle was not a reader, but a chance encounter with a rented audiobook launched her into the vast world of the printed word, and she never looked back.
